If a person has symptoms that could indicate oral cancer, the oral cavity and neck should be examined to see if there are white, red, nodules, swelling, inflammation or other abnormalities.
The dentist or family doctor will conduct the consultation starting from the level of the oral floor, continuing with the palate, gums, tongue, throat, and cheeks. The lymph nodes will be throbbed, and if an abnormal area is observed, the biopsy is performed, making it a precise diagnosis way to determine if that area is cancerous or not.
