Most ovarian cancer symptoms start in the epithelium, which is the outer lining or coating of your ovaries.

At first the signs may not be severe nor you might feel any of them. Symptoms include:

• Pain in the lower abdomen or pelvic
• Frequently feeling and urge of urinating
• Back pains and general lower body pain
• Heart burn and ingestion
• Pain during sex
• Changes to your bowel habits e.g. –Constipation
• Losing your weight
• Feeling lack of appetite and vomiting –anorexia and nausea
• Feeling tiredness and weakness
