To prevent prostate cancer, there is no proven strategy so far. In the choice of a healthy diet, it is recommended that you choose a low-fat diet, increase the portion of fruits and vegetables, and reduce your consumption of dairy products. More so, it is advised that you keep a healthy weight. A body mass index (BMI) of 30 or more have an increased risk of prostate cancer. You can also talk to your doctor about the risk.
